The contractor will provide printing and mailing services for various EWEB departments, including monthly and periodic mailings of postcards, letters, and brochures. Services include creating mailing lists by specific region, zip codes, neighborhoods, or USPS routes; mail merging of EWEB customer data; providing itemized quotes within 48 hours; processing files for CASS Certification; utilizing the contractor's own USPS mailing permit; sealing, presorting, bundling, and metering mailers at the lowest qualifying postal rate; and delivering mailings to USPS's Distribution Center. Turnaround times range from 24 hours to 3-4 working days.
