The purpose of this RFCQ is to establish a Contract to complete pavement repair, including temporary and permanent pavement markings, traffic control for the benefit of ODOT. The work contemplated under the Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents.

The contractor must furnish, place and compact 2-inches of Level 4, 1/2-inch Dense ACP Mixture, perform cold plane pavement removal at 2-inches, provide and apply tack coat, furnish and install temporary pavement markings, furnish and install permanent striping and traffic control. The work is on Stadium Freeway's (I405) E Freemont Interchange Connection 2, from mile point 2.88 to 2.99, southbound lane A, repair length 739 feet. The contractor must comply with the 2024 Oregon Standard Specifications for Construction.
