The Early Learning Hub Consultant will administer key statewide components of Oregon's Early Learning Hub system. Duties include: serving as a member of the Early Learning Hub Team; participating in weekly team meetings and monthly Hub Director meetings; supporting planning and implementation of Hub meetings and events; reviewing Hub deliverables, quarterly reports, and corrective action needs; partnering with DELC research and data teams to strengthen reporting processes; developing and maintaining operational systems (Hub portal, data dashboards, filing systems, communications infrastructure, newsletter); supporting development of new administrative rules; designing and launching the Hub System Performance Review process; developing program operational guidelines and checklists; contributing to funding formula updates; partnering with Parent leadership to develop standards for parent voice and community representation; documenting all processes developed. The Consultant will also monitor Hub quarterly reports and performance data, provide technical assistance to Hub Directors, assist with drafting the Early Learning Hub legislative report, and represent the Hub system in meetings, presentations, and community engagements.
