The contractor must supply 160,000 pounds of ground raw poultry (turkey, chicken, or a combination) in 60-pound cases, delivered FOB destination to the ODOC Central Distribution Center in Salem, OR. The poultry must be U.S. Grade A, white meat, with fat content at or below 20%, water content between 10-15%, no flavoring, no mechanical separation, no textured vegetable protein, and gluten-free. Deliveries are to be palletized, with an estimated four full truckloads (40,000 pounds each) delivered within 30 days after receipt of order or as scheduled.
