The contractor must supply Mayonnaise Lite meeting USDA Commercial Item Description A-A-20140E, specifically 100% real Type 1 Mayonnaise, Flavor A Plain, Type II Salad Dressing, Style 2 'Reduce Fat' or Style 4 'Light', with fat content less than 65%. The estimated quantity is 5,280 cases (30-pound cases), delivered in approximately four full truckloads (each estimated at 1,320 cases / 40,000 pounds), with the first truckload within 30 days after receipt of order and remaining truckloads 30-45 days apart. All deliveries must be FOB destination, palletized, and comply with FDA/USDA regulations, including labeling, allergen, and Country of Origin Labeling requirements. The contractor must provide a Nutritional Facts Label and product identification upon request, and all food items must have at least six months shelf life remaining at delivery.
