The project consists of bathroom renovations, including selective demolition, concrete, carpentry, waterproofing, doors and openings, interior finishes, toilet accessories and specialties, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, and related construction work.
This project is subject to a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) and prevailing-wage requirements. All subcontractors must comply with the applicable PLA, labor requirements, and project specifications.
