NOTICE INVITING BIDS
Norfolk Southern (NS) is soliciting bids for the construction of asphalt pavement rehabilitation at the East Binghamton Yard in Binghamton, New York. This project is part of the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT)-funded rail facility improvements at East Binghamton Yard.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on August 25, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, to review project requirements and conduct a tour of the project site. Bids must be submitted to Norfolk Southern no later than September 8, 2026. Late bids will not be accepted.
