Kokolakis is actively seeking subcontractor proposals to Provide National Guard Division Headquarters / Heritage Lane Division HQ Facility in Albany, NY. We are also seeking proposals from qualified MWBE & SDVOB subcontractors to help us meet our goals. This project is currently in the RFP/bidding phase.
Scopes of work needed include insulated precast concrete panels, H-piles, translucent wall panels, storefronts, structural & miscellaneous steel, interior finishes, concrete work, sitework, utilities, structural systems, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, communications/security coordination, elevators, paving, landscaping, and related work.
MWBE & SDVOB Subcontracting Goals are the following.
MWBE: 30% (MBE 15% & WBE 15%)
SDVOB: 6%
