Western Catskills Community Revitalization Council, Inc. (WCCRC) is seeking proposals from New York State Licensed Real Estate Agents/Firms, to provide Comparative Market Analysis reports in conjunction with a recently awarded HOME Manufactured Home Replacement Grant which will be administered throughout the WCCRC service area of 18 towns spanning Schoharie, Delaware and Greene Counties.
The purpose of this Request For Proposal (RFP) is to receive responses from licensed real estate agents/firms regarding the HOME Manufactured Home Replacement Program.
We are expecting to replace 6 dilapidated manufactured homes throughout our service area over the course of the next 2 years with a contractual end date of June 30, 2028.

The selected individual or firm will undertake property analysis (gathering details of the subject property from the WCCRC Project Manager and tax records, including square footage, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, lot size and recent renovations post replacement), physical inspection (touring the property to assess condition, curb appeal, upgrades and overall quality of finish), selection of comparable properties, and market analysis and final recommendation (delivering a professional report with data-driven recommendations, graphs and photos).
