Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to upgrade the HVAC equipment at the Johnson City Center Facility by removing two existing water-cooled chillers and installing three new air-cooled, ground-mounted chillers. The project also includes but is not limited to the installation of an additional condensing boiler to improve overall system efficiency and reliability. Work will include installation of permitter fencing around the new outdoor equipment.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday August 5, 2026 at 1:30 PM in conference room C of the physical facilities building. Please reference Binghamton University’s website for parking instructions.
