The contractor will provide fire safety services including yearly inspection and testing of fire extinguishers, fire alarms, and fire suppression systems, as well as semi-annual hood cleaning. The contractor is responsible for ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and up to date. A $5,000 contingency covers extinguisher recharge, repair, and replacement parts. Corrective repairs are billed separately. Emergency response time for fire alarms is 24 hours.
