The contractor must furnish and install all interior doors (solid-core and hollow-core paint-grade wood panel doors, fire-rated doors, hollow metal doors), door frames (hollow metal at rated openings, wood frames where permitted), and all interior finish trim (door casing, base trim, associated millwork). Work includes field verification of openings, coordination with other trades, protection of historic features, and completion of punch-list items and final cleanup. The contractor must also provide shop drawings, trim profile drawings, product data sheets, and a completed Submittal & Approval Form prior to fabrication.
