The intent of these specifications is to provide the Port of Oswego Authority proposals for Facility Welding and Maintenance Repair. This bid offering is good for one annual year from award, with annual renew for one year.

The successful bidder shall perform welding repairs below rebuilding threshold, welding repair on equipment such as forklifts, pay loaders and general construction equipment, rail welding and repair to include switches, conveyor and service repair, repair as it relates to welding of facility, marina docks, port docks, and building, and maintenance of facilities, and excavating. The bidder must provide 24 hour / 7 days, minimum 2-hour response time for time-sensitive repairs and 24 hour/7 day, minimum 2-hour response, mobile crane minimum 10 ton availability.
