The fabric is for processing NCCE Products/Services to meet customer requirements.The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Contract.
The contractor must furnish and deliver White Twill Fabric meeting detailed specifications including color (Optical White, Pantone #11-0601 TCX), construction (2x1 Twill), weight (7.2 oz minimum per square yard), fiber content (65% Polyester and 35% Cotton), width (65" cuttable), and various performance standards for tensile strength, tear strength, pilling, shrinkage, light fastness, perspiration, wash fastness, and crocking. The fabric must be delivered FOB Destination to the Tabor City Sewing Plant at 4600 Swamp Fox Hwy. 904 W, Tabor City, NC 28463 within 30 days of purchase order. The contractor must provide a sample head end of 2 yards before bid opening, submit lab test reports with each shipment, comply with flammability standards, and provide Safety Data Sheets.
