The County of Los Angeles Department of Health Services is releasing this Request for Statement of Ancillary Services Qualifications (RSASQ) to obtain responses from qualified firms and establish an Healthcare Ancillary Services Master Agreement (HASMA) for instrument processing services. The initial due date and time to submit a response to the RSASQ is July 29, 2022, by 12:00 P.M. This solicitation is Open Continuous. Responses will be accepted until DHS removes or suspends the solicitation.
Selected contractors will provide offsite instrument processing services, including sterilization, to support the County hospitals and associated facilities during construction work related to system upgrades (fire alarm, nurse call, etc.) beginning with Olive View-UCLA Medical Center in October 2022. The services are needed when certain areas of the facilities, including those designated for instrument processing, are closed during the Construction Project and as otherwise may be required by County throughout the term of the resultant Master Agreement(s).
