The County of Los Angeles Department of Health Services is releasing this Request for Rate (RFR) to obtain responses from qualified firms and establish an Equipment Maintenance and Repair Services Master Agreement (EMARS) for endoscopes
The contractor will provide as-needed endoscope equipment maintenance and repair services to County hospitals including Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, LAC+USC Medical Center, Olive View-UCLA Medical Center, and Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Health Center. Services are currently provided under an agreement expiring June 30, 2018. The contractor must designate a Contract Manager and comply with County administration and amendment procedures.
