County of Los Angeles, Department of Public Health is issuing an RFSQ No. 2021-003 to solicit Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for contracts with qualified agencies for the provision of As-Needed Temporary Personnel Services. SOQs are accepted on a continuous basis and considered for review at the convenience of the County.
The County is establishing a pool of pre-qualified vendors to supply temporary personnel services as needed. Specific staffing requirements—including number of staff, level of staffing, qualifications, and experience—will be defined in individual Work Order Solicitations (WOS) released for particular projects. Vendors must be registered on the County's WebVen system and comply with various County policies including child support compliance, lobbyist ordinance, HIPAA, and human trafficking zero tolerance.
