The County of Los Angeles Department of Health Services is releasing this Request for Rate (RFR) to obtain responses from qualified firms and establish an Equipment Maintenance and Repair Services Master Agreement (EMARS) for laboratory equipment
Selected contractors will provide as-needed laboratory equipment maintenance and repair services for County hospitals at locations listed in Appendix A – Statement of Work, Attachment A.1 – County Facilities. Services include OEM recommended and County required equipment upgrades and improvements to equipment set forth in Appendix C – Rate Schedule, following written approval of the Facility’s Project Manager.
