OEM Parts and Manufacturer Authorized Services for Cummins Engines and Allison Transmissions

The awarded contractor shall supply Original Equipment Manufacturer parts and manufacturer authorized services for Cummins engines (large and small) and Allison Transmissions for the City of Sacramento's active fleet of 2,794 assets, of which approximately 23% fall under these services. Proposed parts shall be genuine Cummins OEM new or rebuilt only, or Allison OEM genuine new or rebuilt components. The bidder must supply all parts listed on the price sheet and accept all cores for return, including cores from previous contract origins. The contractor is responsible for all delivery, shipping, and costs associated with handling and return of cores. The City has up to one year after contract expiration to return cores for credit.
