This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to seek vendors to enter into Master Agreements with the County to provide variety of Professional and Technical Services for the Health Agency. Vendors must also concurrently apply to an accompanying open Request for Services (RFS) while applying to this RFQ. Refer to the RFS for the closing date. RFQs not accompanied by an RFS will not be accepted.
The County seeks to establish a pool of qualified vendors through a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) with an accompanying Request for Services (RFS). Vendors who are qualified will execute a PATS Master Agreement (PATSMA), under which future Work Orders may be issued for specific projects. The Work Orders will include a Statement of Work describing the particular project, location, duration, payment, and work required. The execution of a PATSMA does not guarantee any minimum amount of work or business.
