This new Behavioral Health building is comprised of 120 bedrooms accommodating approximately 290 Substance-Use-Disorder (SUD) Residential Step-Down beds in a six-story building. The selected professional services consultants will contract directly with Mercy Housing, which is acting as the turnkey developer for the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SF DPH).
