The Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (LACDMH) announces the issuance of a Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) for Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Master Agreement. The purpose of this RFSQ is to enter into Master Agreements with qualified entities to provide an array of services that use MHSA Funding. The term of the MHSA Master Agreement will be eight (8) years, beginning July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2027, with two (2) optional extension periods through June 30, 2029.
Electronic copies of the RFSQ may also be accessed from the following website: https://dmh.lacounty.gov/contract-opportunities Interested proposers must email their proposal no later than Monday, April 1, 2019, 12:00 p.m., Pacific Time, to SolicitationsTeam@dmh.lacounty.gov The County will accept responses to this RFSQ on a continuous basis.
