This Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) is a legal document and begins the process of identifying qualified Vendors who are interested in providing Refugee Employment and Acculturation Services (REAS). The County of Los Angeles (County) Department of Public Social Services (DPSS) administers the Refugee Employment Program (REP). This RFSQ process seeks Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Vendors to enter into a Master Agreement with DPSS to provide REAS to families and individuals throughout the County.
To be considered for Calendar Year 2024 funding, SOQs must be submitted by the Submission Deadline of February 29, 2024, 12:00 p.m. (Pacific Time). A Virtual Vendors Conference will be held to discuss the RFSQ. County staff will respond to questions from potential Vendors.

The selected vendors will provide Refugee Employment and Acculturation Services (REAS) to families and individuals throughout Los Angeles County. The scope includes employment and acculturation services as detailed in the RFSQ document.
