The contractor will assist in or conduct market conduct examinations and/or analysis of insurance companies or other entities/persons regulated by the Department and authorized to transact the business of insurance in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Examiner duties include the examination of the affairs, transactions, business, accounts, records, documents, and files of insurers or other regulated entities, conducted in accordance with the standards and guidelines established by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC).
