The vendor shall provide a comprehensive campground reservation system for the Kentucky Horse Park, including a web-based, hosted (cloud) reservation platform accessible to customers and authorized KHP personnel. The system must support reservations made online and via phone, provide real-time campsite availability, and include a visual interactive map of campground sites. The vendor shall provide a customer reservation call center operating at a minimum from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time, and securely process payments in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. The system must support standard and ad hoc reporting, payment gateway integration, and provide complete implementation services including system testing, staff training, and post-implementation stabilization support. The vendor shall maintain a disaster recovery and business continuity plan, and upon contract termination or system replacement, provide all KHP data in a usable format. The system must comply with Commonwealth Office of Technology requirements, including security controls, and maintain a minimum uptime of 99.5%.
