Kitchen Hood Inspection

The Contractor shall perform semi-annual inspections and servicing of all kitchen hood fire suppression systems, including inspecting discharge nozzles, cleaning and servicing nozzles, testing manual activation, inspecting pressure gauges, testing gas shutoff valves, verifying exhaust fan operation, testing fusible links, and performing all additional inspection and maintenance required by NFPA 17 and applicable codes. The Contractor shall also provide commercial kitchen exhaust hood cleaning, removing accumulated grease and combustible deposits. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, replacement parts, transportation, and documentation. Services shall be provided at Kansas Army National Guard and Kansas Air National Guard facilities identified in the attached facility listing.
