The City of Irving, TX is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide, install, and support two (2) holds pickup lockers, accompanying software, and associated installation services for the Irving Public Library. The lockers will be installed outdoors and used exclusively for the pickup of requested (held) library materials. The lockers will not offer a browsing collection or additional account services.
This solicitation requires mandatory attendance at one of the two pre-proposal meetings. Not attending one of the two meetings in its entirety will result in a non-responsive proposal.
Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued.
