FY27 Canteen Groceries for Mexia State Supported L

The required goods to be provided are Canteen Groceries for the Mexia State Supported Living Center, including items such as bread, rolls, cakes, cookies, pastries, doughnuts, dairy products, eggs, frozen entrees, fruits, juices, meat and poultry, vegetables, cheese, ice, margarine, fresh vegetables, bottled water, dressings, condiments, pasta, canned meat, pickles, spices, compostable food service products, and parchment paper. Delivery guidelines include observing speed limits, parking in designated areas, locking vehicles, and no smoking. Deliveries are to be made between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM on the specified date, excluding 11:00 AM to Noon. Products must be labeled on outer cartons with description, purchase order number, and quantity per carton. Pallets must be shrink wrapped and labeled. The contractor must contact the point of contact on the PO to set up a delivery appointment.
