Indian River County is seeking qualified contractors to submit bids for the restoration of the entranceways of Buildings A and B at the County Administration Complex, address 1801 and 1800 27th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960, respectively. The work includes demolition and removal of existing concrete in three areas (57 SY, 91 SY, and 139 SY), installation of a full-depth 4-inch thick concrete slab (colored, textured, and stamped for Option 1; broom-finished for Option 2) on a total of 285 SY, installation of a 12-inch wide ZURN Heavy Duty Trench Drain (35 linear feet) tied into the existing downspout system, base preparation with compacted crushed coquina rock, saw-cut control joints, and a mockup panel for Option 1. Work must be phased to maintain access, with loud work outside normal business hours.
