The contractor shall plant and maintain an average of 125 acres of neonicotinoid-free crops in LaPorte County according to a four-year rotation schedule (Exhibit B-1), including corn, beans, sunflowers, and fallow fields. Additionally, the contractor must plant and maintain 32 acres of sunflowers each contract year (Exhibit C) with specific cultivation, herbicide, and spraying requirements. The contractor shall provide original receipts for seed and chemicals, leave 10 acres of standing corn per year for wildlife, and manage the property in a good and husband-like manner, including maintaining fences, ditches, and buildings.
