The Project consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements:
Approximately 320 Tons of 9.5 mm Asphalt, 480 Tons of 12.5 mm Asphalt, 4,300 SY of 6-inch Graded
Aggregate Base Course, 890 LF of 6-Inch x 24-Inch Curb & Gutter, 880 SY of 4-Inch Concrete
Sidewalk, 220 LF of 18-Inch HDPE Storm Drain, 200 LF of 24- Inch HDPE Storm Drain, 44 LF of 18-Inch
RCP Storm Drain, (2) 24-Inch Concrete Headwalls, (2) Grate Top Drop Inlets, (1) Manhole, (1)
Junction Box, 200 SY of Type 3 Rip Rap, 3,300 LF of 5-inch White Pavement Striping, 240
LF of 5-inch Yellow Pavement Striping, 40 LF of 24-inch Pavement Striping, Pavement Markings,
Roadway and Parking Lot Signage, Mass Grading, Traffic and Erosion Control Measures.
Time of completion for all work associated with this project shall be thirty (30) consecutive
calendar days from the date of a written "Notice to Proceed" from OWNER. A Bid Bond will be
required with proposal submission.
