The supplier must provide one new/one-trip 40'L x 8'W x 9'6"H high cube container that is climate controlled, with a 1 1/8" Marine Plywood Floor, lockable double doors at one end, and wind and watertight condition. The container must include three (3) 4' Overhead LED lights with one (1) switch, two (2) 110v duplex receptacles, a 100-AMP 120/240V panel with exterior PVC down elbow for hardwiring, one (1) 2-ton wall mounted commercial HVAC unit (230v) with 10KW heat, supply and return grilles, one (1) digital programmable thermostat, an average of 2 inch closed cell spray foam insulation applied to interior walls and ceiling, and a light tan exterior paint color. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination, freight pre-paid and allowed to the Gwinnett Sheriff's Office, 2900 University Pkwy, Lawrenceville, GA 30043, and must be received before 12/28/26 between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. Monday-Friday.
