Walker Water Treatment Plant and the James R. Stafford Water Pollution Control Plant. Bids will be accepted until 5:00 pm, Friday, October 30, 2026. Each chemical bid will be awarded as an individual line item; therefore, suppliers may bid on as many or as few chemicals as they are qualified to supply.
