All bidders must submit AIA Document A305-2020 Contractors Qualifications
Statement to be evaluated by the Owner and Architect prior to being issued plans and
specifications. Bidders who do not submit the A305 Statement will be subject to
disqualification. The A305 must show the Contractor=s ability to complete the
Contract in a satisfactory manner on projects of similar scope and complexity.
References from past clients and projects must be included and will be verified.
The work consists of HVAC modifications at three separate school sites: Collins Hill HS Old Field House (Project A) at 50 Taylor Road, Suwanee, GA 30024; Dacula MS Buildings 4050 & 4051 (Project B) at 137 Dacula Road, Dacula, GA 30019; and Duluth HS Building 5030 (Project C) at 3737 Brock Road, Duluth, GA 30096. Construction can begin during the school year on weekends and during student breaks, with full access to the building beginning Thursday, May 27, 2027. All construction must be substantially complete by Friday, July 23, 2027.
