You are invited to submit a sealed bid to provide MEADOWBROOK ELEMENTARY PARKING LOT
REPAIR and STRIPING to the County Board of Education of Richmond County, Georgia, (herein
after referred to as “Richmond County School System”, “RCSS” or “Owner”) at the time and place
noted herein. Services are to be performed at Meadowbrook Elementary; 3630 Goldfinch Drive,
Augusta, GA 30906. Contact person(s) for this contract are Mr. Glenn Todd, Director of

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
Location will be MEADOWBROOK ELEMENTARY; 3630 Goldfinch Drive; Augusta, GA 30906.
STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials to repair the parking lot, including milling and paving 14 damaged asphalt locations (1265 SY) with 4" of GA DOT 9.5MM Hot Surface Mix, exploratory excavating of a sunken area, sealcoating the entire parking lot with Sealmaster's Commercial Sealer, demo and replacement of 45LF of curb and gutter with 3500PSI concrete, and line striping including 108 parking spaces, 3 handicap stencils, 4 hash outs, 5 crosswalks, 14 arrows, 31LF white line, and 1046LF yellow curb.
