Separate sealed Bids for the construction of PTC 25-10 Peachtree Corners Town Center Overlook will be received by the City of Peachtree Corners, Georgia at Peachtree Corners City Hall located at 310 Technology Parkway, Peachtree Corners, Georgia 30092 until September 4, 2026, 2:00 P.M. local time, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The project consists of a pedestrian overlook structure on top of a cast in place retaining wall. The project will involve building sidewalk to connect existing portions of the Peachtree Corners Town Center Trail in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. Improvements include concrete sidewalk, concrete stairs with bicycle runnel, grading complete, cast in place retaining wall, and undercut of existing slope.
