Successful contractor will be required to meet insurance requirements. The Insurance Company should be
authorized to do business in Georgia by the Georgia Insurance Department, and must have an A.M. Best
rating of A-5 or higher.
The written bid documents supersede any verbal or written prior communications between the parties.
Award will be made to the contractor submitting the lowest responsive and responsible bid. The City of
Lawrenceville reserves the right to reject any or all bids to waive technicalities, and to make an award
deemed in its best interest. Bids may be split or awarded in entirety.

The work consists of installing three new separate single phase underground loops through the new development, including approximately 4200 feet of 1/0 underground primary inside 2-inch conduit, 15 new pad mount transformers (25kva-75kva) with concrete pads and grounding assemblies, 33 primary terminations inside the pad mount transformers and one switch gear, approximately 3930 linear feet of 1/0 underground triplex in 2-inch conduit, 14 Town and country lights with 20-foot direct bury poles, and associated hand hole boxes, riser pole, and traffic control. The contractor will be responsible for energizing all UG primary and the new riser poles, and all transformers will need voltage check after energizing.
