PROJECT OVERVIEW
Gordon County is soliciting sealed bids for the procurement of one (1) new tractor and a
comprehensive set of groundskeeping attachments for the Northwest Georgia Agricultural &
Events Center.
MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS
● Tractor Requirements
● Quantity: One (1)
● Condition: New, unused current production model
● Engine: Gas or Diesel
● Horsepower: approximately 40 HP
● Transmission: Paddle shift transmission
● Safety Equipment:
○ Factory-installed Roll-Over Protective Structure (ROPS)
○ Seat belt
● Power Steering
● Four-Wheel Drive (4WD)
● Rear PTO
● Standard lighting package
● Heavy-duty agricultural tires
● Category I or II three-point hitch
● Minimum manufacturer's warranty
● Front-End Loader
○ Compatible with proposed tractor
○ Quick-attach bucket system
○ Hydraulic lift and dump functions
○ Must be able to lift at least 1500 lbs using the forklift and bucket attachments
● Forklift Attachment
○ Quick-attach pallet forks
○ Compatible with front-end loader
○ Rated capacity suitable for tractor specifications
○ Must be able to lift at least 1500 lbs using the forklift and bucket attachments
● Arena Drag
○ Pull-behind arena drag suitable for maintaining equestrian and livestock event
surfaces
○ Compatible with tractor horsepower and hitch system
● Finish Mower
○ Rear-mounted finish mower
○ Minimum cutting width of 72 inches
○ Compatible with tractor PTO and hitch system
● Water Tank
○ Pull-behind water tank suitable for arena dust control
○ Equipped with spray bar or equivalent dust suppression system
○ Compatible with tractor towing capacity
BID SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS

The bidder must supply one new, unused current production tractor (gas or diesel, approx. 40 HP, paddle shift transmission, 4WD, ROPS, seat belt, power steering, rear PTO, standard lighting, heavy-duty agricultural tires, Category I or II three-point hitch, minimum manufacturer's warranty) with a front-end loader (quick-attach bucket, hydraulic lift/dump, must lift at least 1500 lbs), forklift attachment (quick-attach pallet forks, must lift at least 1500 lbs), pull-behind arena drag, rear-mounted finish mower (minimum 72-inch cutting width), and pull-behind water tank with spray bar. The equipment must be delivered fully assembled, serviced, and ready for operation to the Gordon County Northwest Georgia Agricultural & Events Center, and the bidder must provide instruction on use if needed.
