The City of Douglasville is seeking qualified contractors to provide professional installation, maintenance, and removal of holiday lighting and décor throughout multiple city locations. The desired services include supplying labor, materials (where specified), equipment, lifts, cabling, and necessary accessories to complete all work outlined in this RFP.
The selected contractor will provide all installation, inspection, and maintenance during the holiday season, and removal of lighting and décor for the following areas: Jessie Davis Park (including C7 string lights, lighted garland, wreaths, tree and shrub lighting, RGB mini trees, 2D & 3D figures); Amphitheater & Downtown Greenspace (pre-lit garland, tree wrapping, large Christmas tree); Church Street (garland wrapping on light poles, mini string lights on trees); O’Neal Plaza (stage ornaments, tree and shrub lighting, garland on light poles); 8485 Courthouse Sq Building (roofline lighting, wreaths, garland on entry pillars); Veterans Memorial (garland and bows on poles, mini lights on trees and shrubs); and Douglasville Police Department Complex (LED mini lights on shrubs and trees, pre-lit garland, lighted wreaths). The contractor must also provide storage for all materials.
