These instructions will bind proposers to terms and conditions herein set forth,
The consultant will perform all research, field work, and permitting services to obtain a subdivision plat approval through the Albany Plat Review Committee. The engineering design phase includes topographic survey, general lot grading, stormwater drainage system, alley construction, all utilities with stub outs, widening West First Street, perimeter sidewalks with handicap ramps, erosion control plans, and details. The consultant must also provide a summary of quantities, project specifications, and an engineering estimate. Permits must be obtained through all applicable local and state authorities. Additional services as needed include assisting with bid review, attending conferences and meetings, performing construction observation, reviewing pay applications and change orders, conducting project close-out, and preparing as-built plans.
