The Commissioning Agent (CxA) will develop the Owner's Project Requirements (OPR), review the Basis of Design, and perform commissioning tasks during design, construction, occupancy, and warranty phases. Tasks include developing a commissioning plan, reviewing submittals, conducting functional performance tests, witnessing test and balance, reviewing O&M manuals, and preparing a final commissioning report. The project involves commissioning MEP systems and building envelope for a new 36,000 GSF facility that integrates robotics engineering, space science, and advanced manufacturing disciplines.
