Public Notice of Advertisement (PNA) to Issue a Request for Qualifications (RFQ)
The purpose of the PNA is to inform the Consultant community of the upcoming RFQ opportunity. Full
scope of work, instructions and requirements for the upcoming RFQ are to be posted as indicated
below in the anticipated schedule*. No questions or submittals are due during the PNA.

General Engineering Consulting (GEC) Services:
Contract 1: Region 1, including District 1,6 and 7
Contract 2: Region 2, including District 2,3,4, and 5
Summary of Scope of Work: The P3 Division is currently seeking a team to perform concept, design and
environmental services for the Pre-let and Post-let phases for projects within the Alternative Delivery program located
geographically within GDOT Districts 1,6, and 7, and within Districts 2, 3, 4, and 5. The GEC will provide project
development deliverables, including but not limited to, the following: conceptual work, special studies, traffic and
revenue analysis, environmental documents, geotechnical investigation, traffic analysis, support for major
interstate interchange concepts, surveys, costing plans, as well as provide post-let submittal reviews and
environmental re-evaluations.
