This is a Request for Proposal for Engineering Services. The project will consist of a Sewer, water, or street and drainage improvements in the City of Reynolds.
You are invited to submit a proposal to be received at the River Valley Regional Commission office, 710 Front Avenue Columbus, Georgia 31901, no later than 10:00 a.m., August 31, 2026.
A professional services contract will be awarded to whoever is considered to be the most responsible offeror and whose proposal is considered to be the most advantageous. This is a Section 3 Covered Contract and Section 3 Business Concerns are encouraged to apply.

The engineer will be responsible for providing a preliminary engineering report during the development phase of the application. If funded, the engineer will handle final design, plans and specifications, obtaining permits and easements, preparing bid and contract documents, advertising and bidding procedures, supervising construction and project closeout, NPDES services, and obtaining and maintaining all BABA documentation. The engineer must produce the preliminary report within 30 days of selection.
