The Vendor(s) shall provide all equipment, materials and labor to supplement the State of Delaware’s need for secure document and data destruction. The contract will require the Vendor(s) to cooperate with the ordering agency to ensure the State receives the most current state-of-the-art material and/or services. The technical requirements are stated in Appendix A. Services include destruction of paper records, digital media, and sensitive materials in accordance with State, Federal, NIST, and IRS requirements, with flexible service options across all Delaware counties.
