The selected vendor will provide two integrated lines of service: Component A covers comprehensive strategic communications, public relations, media relations, crisis communications, brand management, multilingual engagement, digital and social media, internal communications, website content support, and measurement/reporting. Component B covers career-pathway development including curriculum design and delivery for middle and high school students, industry-led workshops, mentorship pairings, job shadowing and externships, authentic project-based learning, portfolio development, integration with existing CSD programs, and an annual student showcase. Optional services include public-information campaigns, creative production, research, special-event communications, print design, equipment access, and expanded pathway capacity.
