RAD CAPITAL NEEDS ASSESSMENTS (CNA) AND RADON TESTING
The District of Columbia Housing Authority (DCHA) Office of Capital Planning and
Development (OCP) requires licensed, qualified professionals to provide RAD Capital Needs
Assessments (CNA) and Radon Testing.
SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS will be available Monday, December 15, 2025, full
solicitation documents will be posted to our e-procurement system Housing Agency Marketplace

To access files respondents are required to Register on the Housing Agency Market Place
platform. Respondents must log in to view this RFP for all related documents. It is the
respondent’s responsibility to check the Housing Agency Market Place site regularly to stay

Provide RAD Capital Needs Assessments (CNA) and radon testing for the District of Columbia Housing Authority Office of Capital Planning and Development, with radon testing as an integral component of the full scope. For certain properties, the assessment and deliverables must incorporate HUD Physical Needs Assessment requirements consistent with HUD guidance, RAD requirements, and CNA e-Tool standards. Proposals must address the full scope of work as described.
