Work includes disconnecting power, condensate lines, duct work, gas lines, flue pipes, and thermostats; proper disposal of old units and recovery of Freon; installation of replacement units of same BTU output and size; connection of all duct work, electric, condensate lines, filters, gas lines, and flue pipes; start-up to confirm proper operation; obtaining permit fees and ensuring code compliance; removal and proper disposal of all debris.
