DO NOT RESPOND IN COMMBUYS - The Cambridge Housing Authority acting as Ownerâ??s Project Manager for the Cambridge Affordable Housing Corp. (hereinafter, "Owner" or â??Awarding Authorityâ??) is requesting proposals for Construction Management Services for Project 1301 Redevelopment of Corcoran Park Phase 1. The Owner intends to award contract for Construction Manager Services with a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract for the above referenced project.

The Redevelopment of Corcoran Park Phase 1 consists of the demolition of four existing two-story buildings containing 29 residential units on approximately 66,702 square foot parcel with two (2) new four- and three-story buildings containing 67 units. The estimated construction cost for the demolition, new construction and related site work is approximately $39 million with an estimated construction period of 20 months.
