The Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), Office of Language Acquisition (OLA), seeks an experienced vendor partner to support the statewide implementation of the HQIM for Next Generation ESL (NGESL) initiative. This RFR posting is covered under the World Trade Organization (WTO).
The selected vendor will facilitate a statewide NGESL HQIM professional learning cohort (approximately 11 virtual sessions), conduct up to five ESL instructional material reviews, provide differentiated technical assistance and district support, complete an accessibility review and update of the NGESL Toolkit, and manage project communication and reporting. The work is organized into five services: NGESL HQIM Professional Learning Cohort Facilitation, HQIM ESL Instructional Materials Review Process, Technical Assistance and District Support, Accessibility and NGESL Toolkit Resource Support, and Project Management and Communication.
