The selected vendor shall support the Bureau of Special Education Support in strengthening transitions from Family-Centered Early Supports and Services (FCESS) to Preschool Special Education. This includes convening quarterly regional interagency agreement meetings, developing an Early Childhood Transitions online module for families, providing technical assistance to LEAs with untimely transitions, supporting state-level coordination between Part C and Section 619, and organizing family engagement input sessions. The vendor must also maintain transition-related materials and the statewide preschool contact list.
